Brett and Addison

Brett is always lovin' on these babies. I captured a moment he was having with Addison. He's such a proud big brother.

Reagan's last day of Kindergarten

Reagan graduated from Kindergarten on June 4th. She had a wonderful year and loved school and her teacher, Mrs. Smith. Here she is with her class, sporting her cap and with her best bud and neighbor, Greta.

Babes

I just had to capture a picture of Brady in the Bumbo chair. He looks like such a little toad when he's in it, I love it. Ya gotta love all that slobber too! Here's a recent one of Addison too, she was having a serious moment, and wasn't giving up any smiles.

Family Gatherings

Here are some random pics from Scott's cousin Britney's grad party a few weeks ago. We got home super late, but had a great time. Mary Jean with Jack not liking the watermelon he's eating, Jon and Mike relaxing on the sofa, Joe reading to the kids (awwwh), Scott and Nancy, Reagan and Clark, and Papa and Brady having a heart to heart. This is what makes being close to home fun.

Work in progress

The front landscaping of our house continues to be work in progress. A couple of weekends ago we started this years outside chore list and put in a wall/raised bed in the front. I absolutely hated the blank front of our house and we decided that just putting plants wouldn't help much, dimension, that's what we needed. So we got that done and it's looking good. We still need to get some dirt and then plant the plants, but the bricks and the maple we planted last year already help a lot. We over shot our brick estimate by quite a few but it allowed us to redo the backyard as well, yippee for me!!! Had it not happened it wouldn't have gotten done at all I'm sure. Addison woke from her nap in time to supervise Daddy's brick laying abilities. She was happy to be outside for a bit.

Brett graduates from Ladybug Preschool

Here's Brett getting his certificate from Ms. Ali and another of him posing in his cute graduation hat.

Brett and Daddy at the Ladybug Preschool end of the year picnic/graduation.

Brett and Ms. Ali. She and her family are moving to Utah and we are SO bummed. I couldn't really hold the move against her though....we do it all the time!! We're so lucky to have found her. Brett will be doing two weeks of fun camp at her house this summer before their move so he's happy to get to do that still. He's really going to miss her next year, as am I.

The three amigos. Here is Brett with his preschool buddies, Julius and Ian. Boy does Ms. Ali have the patience of a saint....these boys are busy!

Sponge shooters and pudding pops

As you know, Scott's folks stayed with the kiddos when we went to Chicago. Papa was a creative fella and helped the kids make sponge shooters. Reagan has the rubber band cocked and loaded here and would LOVE to let 'er rip at me....but she knows better!!!

I found a fun, easy way to make pudding pops....just buy the snack packs, insert a wooden popsicle stick and stick them in the freezer. We tried it out and they were a big hit with the kids. We love trying new things!!!
