A nice Spring day!

Amanda and her kids were in town and were gracious enough to come to my house and watch the babies for me so I could get my hair done! Thanks, Sis!!! The big kids enjoyed some time on the trampoline in the afternoon sun.

Wasserbahn Water Park

Eating at the Maid-Rite. The kids were diggin' the cars their kid's meals came in!
Six cousins in the pool!

Addison checking out the water that's falling from the mushroom fountain.

I love this picture of Brady and Jana.....naturally having a blast, as you can see!

Addy Girl! Both babes liked the water. Brady was more brave than his sister...she didn't want to get to far from Mommy.....splash, splash!
Brady was balls to the wall crazy about the water. He splashed, fell, laughed, crawled all over and splashed some more. I'm sure some of the other Mom's there were gasping at his bravery and my chasing of two babes in the water! Aunty Amanda was right there if need be.

Brett playing under the mushroom. Reagan spent most of her time at the slides and therefore escaped the camera this trip!!
It was a no school and no work day for my sister and her kiddos so they stayed the night in the Amanas at the Wasserbahn water park....we joined them for some swimming and dinner. Good times.

CoCo Keys Water Resort

We arrived in Omaha, NE on Thursday afternoon and spent most of it tracking down Scott for his signature on our house offer. Yippe for getting an offer after only days on the market!! Scott and his Dad and brother Philip were in Omaha as well but for the NCAA wrestling tourney. We planned some fun around their days there and called in a mini vacation. Scott's mom came along to help out with the kiddos. The kids were very well behaved especially with all of the driving and time in the car. Their reward was CoCo Keys Water Resort! They had a great time as did I. The babes and Grandma watched from the sidelines.

The Omaha Zoo

A funky desert plant. Brings me back to our days in Twentynine Palms, Cali. The good Lord placed some interesting plants there.
Reagan and Brett the tiger posing for a pic in the desert dome at the Omaha zoo.

A cool cactus.

A Siberian tiger. The tigers were Brett's favorite animal at the zoo.

Reagan and Brett by the Orangutans....they were my favorite!

Look at that sweet baby face.

They are so human like it amazes me to just watch them.

Love their hands.

My gorillas with some gorillas.

In the fish/shark tunnel. I have to say this tunnel was better than the one at Sea World in Orlando....yep, I mean it. Super cool.

Couldn't resist the jellyfish under the blue light.

The kiddos in the Lied Jungle at Omaha Zoo.

Me and the big kids taking the road less travelled....the rope bridge.

Reagan and Brett had a great time swinging from the vines in the jungle!
On the Friday of Spring Break we headed for the Omaha Zoo. It was a cold windy day and it even snowed..yuck! Luckily a majority of the zoo is indoors! We made the most of it and had a great time regardless.

Mahoney State Park

Reagan and her new friend Kayla!
Grandma Vicki and Addison hanging out.

Brady and Addison getting in on the action.....sitting on the side line was tourture...whew.....Mom let us play too!!!

Brett man.....what a ham!

Brett, Reagan, Kayla and Luke

On Friday afternoon my fellow Marine wife and friend, Jill, took us to a place called Mahoney State Park in Nebraska. What a neat place. This play set complete with tunnels, slides, and ball pits was huge! The kids had a blast. The park also had a pool, ice skating rink, horses and cabins. Sounded like a fun vacation idea to me!!! Definitely a very cool state park. Great idea Jill!! We were so excited that Jill and her kiddos came from Lincoln, NE to meet us for the weekend and play in Omaha. Such a great family and a fun time.

The Omaha Children's Museum

Brett + water play.....SCARY stuff!!
Reagan milking the cow.

Reagan being the check out girl....she aspires to be a checker someday....maybe in high school....but then on to something else, my Dear!!

Addison and Brady being entertained by a worker and goat puppet at the Omaha Children's Museum.

Brett Man in the construction area.

Philip taking a sh**.....oh, wait, he's just sitting there waiting for Scott to say it's time to head to the bar to wait for wrestling to start again!

Look Mom, two at once!

This was a TOTAL monkey see, monkey do moment. We were all watching Brett stomp on the pad to make the balls move and when we turned around Brady had climbed onto the one next to him....all by himself. That boy is a climber....I'm a bit nervous about that trait.
I painted a flower on Reagan's cheek in the make-up/glamour area.

Reagano painting a butterfly.

Addison and Grandpa Tom watching the kids play in the ball room.

Brady and Daddy climbing all over this car.

Brett painting an elephant.
On Sat. after breakfast we headed to the Omaha Children's Museum with the Woodruff's and the Schmitz men that were there. The kids had a great time playing in all of the areas. We were happy the boys joined us for a bit. They didn't have any wrestling to watch until later that evening.

The Amazing Pizza Machine

Skeet ball!
Mini golf......fun for the kids....frustrating to watch for the Mom's!

A measly two years ago Brett FREAKED on this ride at Adventureland and is now a pro!!! Reagan is the thrill seeker in the house....she loves fast rides. She didn't get that from me.

This pic cracks me up....such determination!! Go Brett!

Brett and Tony cheating at basketball!!!
On Sat. night of our stay in Omaha we went to the Amazing Pizza Machine.....basically a Chuck E. Cheese on crack according to my friend Jill....she was right! WOW, what a place. The kids had a blast there...the parents were tired there!!!

Little Miss Paige just took it in stride! Paige shares a Birthday with Addison and Brady! How cool is that!!!

Four kiddos....snug as a bug in a rug. After pizza and lots 'o play we went back to Tony and Jill's suite (opposed to our ant invested room at TLF, but I didn't say that) Ahem....the adults got to chit chat and the kiddos were up WAY to late watching movies and being silly. We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend!!!
